An editorial pitch is done via Spotify for Artists and consists of a 500 character quick pitch to the editors at Spotify for consideration for Spotify editorial playlists (e.g. Rap Caviar, New Music Friday, Hot Country.) The editorial pitch must be done at least 7 days prior to the track’s release, although submitting the pitch with as much lead time as possible is preferred. It is not possible for us to do an editorial pitch after a track’s release.
